Mr. Pasang Tenje Sherpa is the Chairman and Co-founder of Pioneer Adventure. In the course of his career in the mountaineering sector, he climbed Mt. Everest for the first time in 1996 and 2005 for the second time from the North Side, Tibet (China). He has long experience especially in the field of trekking, peak climbing, and mountain expedition. He has outstanding work efficiency in the adventure tourism of Nepal. He has established himself as an honest, hardworking and highly professional tourism entrepreneur.

In his 25 years of professional career in tourism, he has participated in various mountain tourism- related training and workshop organized by Trekking Agencies Association of Nepal ( TAAN), Nepal Mountaineering Association( NMA) and other associations.

Mr. Pasang always gives priority to teamwork among his co-workers and staff and similarly safety and comfort to the clients during the trip. It is his driving force, team-work and hard work that makes PIONEER ADVENTURE one of the best adventure companies in Nepal, widely recognized internationally.
