Mingma Dorchi Sherpa
Mingma Dorchi Sherpa is a Co-founder and director of Pioneer Adventure Pvt. Ltd. He had a keen desire to build his career in the adventure tourism from the very beginning of his childhood. He started climbing since 2009 at the age of 22. Today, he has become a responsible and professional expedition-leading guide. During these periods, he has successfully summitted most of the world’s 14 highest Mountains above 8,000 meters, such as, Mt. Everest for 6 times, Mt. K2 for 4 times, Lhotse for 5 times, Makalu for 4 times, Manaslu for 4 times, Dhaulagiri for 2 times, G-I once, Broad Peak once and Amadablam for 2 times with different international expedition team. Being the leader of the expedition team, he arranges all necessary services above base camp up to summit and communicates with base camp in-charge for emergencies, climbing status, and all necessary supplies above base camp. He made the world record by successfully summiting two 8,000 meters peaks – Mt. Everest and Mt. Lhotse within 6 hrs (from top to top) on 27th May 2019.
