A graduate in Business Management from Tribhuvan University, Nepal, Nivesh Karki brings 15 years of managerial experience in the tourism industry to his role at Pioneer Adventure. Formerly serving as the General Manager of Pioneer Adventure, his dedication, diligence, and exceptional managerial skills in handling clients and expedition projects have significantly elevated the organization. In recognition of his contributions, he has been promoted to Executive Director and is now also a co-founder of Pioneer Adventure.

Self-motivated, trustworthy, and committed to his duties, Nivesh Karki plays a crucial role in facilitating and overseeing the company's overall operations. His responsibilities include effectively managing human resources, preparing and collecting trekking and climbing permits from various governmental and non-governmental agencies, such as the Department of Tourism, Department of Immigration, Nepal Mountaineering Association, National Trust for Nature Conservation, and the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation. His ability to work under pressure, combined with a clear, logical mind and a practical approach to problem-solving, enhances his effectiveness in these roles.
